![]() ![]() Several self-parking garages are located throughout the area, and street parking is available. ![]() For example, the MGM Rewards program at MGM Resorts International offers free self-parking to members (Pearl level and above) at all of their properties in Las Vegas. ![]() If you can’t find parking at any of the resorts or hotels in Downtown Las Vegas, you can find other locations in the area to park, whether you’re Downtown for an event or are just wanting to wander around the Fremont Street Experience for a bit. Most hotels and casinos offer free self-parking to their rewards members as a perk once they have reached a certain level. While it’s not free, it is reasonably priced for parking in Las Vegas, costing about $4 per hour, with a max daily parking fee. The Fremont Hotel & Casino is an example of a hotel that usually restricts its parking to guests only. Parking for non-guests is super affordable, costing about $5 per day (prices frequently change in Las Vegas, so you might want to contact them and ask to just make sure). The El Cortez does offer free parking for their guests in one of the attached parking garages. This is due entirely to space restriction issues. Most hotels that have a casino offer parking for guests and visitors, but others only allow guests staying at their hotel access to their parking garage. It’s actually more difficult to find parking you don’t have to pay for, but many locations offer parking that costs significantly less than paid parking on the Strip. One might think it would be easier to find hotels and businesses that offer free parking in Downtown Las Vegas than it is on the Strip, but that isn’t necessarily the case. ![]()
